You will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and nurturing top-notch tech professionals for our clients.

As a Head Hunter, **here's what you'll do**:

- **Business development**: attract, close deals, and, nurture long-lasting relationships with our target clients: from bluechip startups to unicorns looking for driven talents in the digital European ecosystem;
- **Sales target**: Hit ambitious goals to fast-track growth and become one of the market leaders in startup headhunting in Europe;
- **Leading the whole recruitment process:** Doing kick-off with clients, sourcing candidates through online channels and experimenting with new and innovative ways to find the right ones, leading interviews with candidates and writing the reports, planning and executing follow-ups with hired candidates to ensure the best integration into our client's team and culture;
- **Mentoring and collaborating**: provide guidance and collaboration with our clients on all matters related to Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with their hiring goals and long-term vision.
- **Continuous improvement**: Supporting in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our selection process;
- **Employer branding**: Supporting in the design and implementation of EB activities, to position the agency as one of the Top HeadHunting firms in the Startup environment in Europe starting from Italy.

**About you** 

- **Experience**: You have 4+ years of experience with high volume and Tech recruiting (Startups and/or head-hunting firms)on all types of profiles from junior to C-level hirings;
- **Entrepreneurial mindset**: You are looking for an opportunity to make a difference, ambitious and excited about challenging goals, and comfortable with working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment. You are resilient and resourcefulness with a 'can do' attitude;
- **Communication skills**: You have strong interpersonal skills - you are empathic and able to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships at all levels of an organization;
- **Stakeholders management:** You have been working with international and multidisciplinary teams;
- **Analytical skills**: You can prioritize and set the right goals to measure, you have strong analytical skills, and are a problem solver. You like always finding new ways to improve the way we do things;
- **Languages**: You are fluent in English. A good knowledge of Italian would be a strong plus.

Head Hunter - Tech, Product, Ops

Our client is a cutting-edge healthcare technology company dedicated to revolutionizing
the field of in silico trials through the application of artificial intelligence and advanced data
analytics. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of AI Projects to join their
dynamic team and lead the development and execution of AI-driven projects in this innovative domain.

As the **Head of AI Projects**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of drug discovery and clinical development. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Project Leadership**: lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization, planning, and
execution of AI projects related to the company. Define project objectives, timelines,
and deliverables.
- **AI Strategy**: develop and implement a strategic vision for integrating AI and machine
learning in silico trials, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.
- **Team Management**: recruit, mentor, and manage a team of AI scientists, data
engineers, and domain experts to design and implement AI-driven solutions that accelerate the drug development process and improve the efficiency of clinical trials. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- **Technical Expertise**: maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI,
machine learning, and data analytics relevant to the company.
- **Data Management**: oversee the acquisition, processing, and management of large
datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and security.
- **Algorithm Development**: lead the development of AI algorithms and models for
predictive modeling, simulation, and data analysis in the context of in silico trials.
- **Stakeholders management**: collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the successful integration of AI solutions into the drug development process.
- **Compliance**: ensure that AI projects adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance
standards, including data privacy and security regulations.

**About you**
- **Experience**: You have a PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Bioinformatics, or related field and you have a proven track record of leading AI projects. Experience with healthcare data and knowledge of in silico trials is a strong plus.
- **Expertise**: You have a strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
- **Leadership skills**: You have a demonstrated ability to manage and coach teams effectively.
- **Problem solving skills**: You have already worked in a fast-paced environment, you are a result oriented person and strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Communication skills**: You can effectively communicate project progress, results, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Languages**: You are fluent in English. Italian is a plus.
